One Snap, Auto-Record to Google Sheets
Snap, analyze, and record. AI reads your receipts and organizes them in your spreadsheet.
Cafes, restaurants, groceries... Are you still typing in every receipt by hand?
SheetFlow automatically organizes receipts into Google Sheets with just a photo.
AI reads the date, merchant and total for you.
Take a photo, or pick several from Photos. AI reads the date, time, merchant, total, currency and category, plus a short note of what you bought.
Each receipt becomes one new row in a Google Sheet that SheetFlow creates in your own Google Drive. Edit a field later and the row updates.
On iOS 18 or later, add the Scan Receipt control to your Lock Screen and start capturing without looking for the app.
Reads the receipt from a photo
Rows land in a sheet in your own Drive
Each receipt gets a category
Take a photo of a receipt, or pick several from your photo library. SheetFlow reads each one and adds a new row to a Google Sheet it creates in your own Google Drive.
Not directly. SheetFlow only asks Google for access to files it creates, so it can't open a spreadsheet you made yourself. You can still bring your receipts into it: open your SheetFlow sheet (in the app: Settings → Open sheet) and copy its link. Then, in an empty cell of your own spreadsheet, enter =IMPORTRANGE("paste the link here", "Receipts!A:K") and choose Allow access once. Your receipts appear there and keep updating. If the app language is Korean, the tab is named 영수증 instead of Receipts.
The date and time, the merchant, a business or tax ID when one is printed, the total, the currency and a category, plus a short note of what you bought. You can edit any field in the app, and the row in your sheet updates.
Only the sheet it creates. It asks for one Google permission — access to files the app itself creates — and can't see or open anything else in your Drive.
Each photo is sent to an AI service so it can be read. After that, you choose whether the photo is kept only on your device or not kept at all (the default). SheetFlow doesn't store receipt photos on its servers.
No. Without signing in, receipts stay in the app on your device and you can export them as CSV. If you connect Google later, the receipts you already scanned can be added to your sheet in one go.
It's free, with no ads and no subscription. It runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 15.5 or later. The Lock Screen control needs iOS 18 or later.
